1. What these terms cover
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) set the rules for using the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the Site; your continued use constitutes acceptance.

Any products or services you buy from us (e.g. AlertSpeed, IntegriQA) are governed by separate commercial contracts and, where relevant, a Data Processing Agreement. These Terms only cover your use of the Site.
3. Who may use the Site
The Site is intended primarily for business and professional users. If you are a consumer, you may still use the Site, but nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. You must be 18+ to use the Site.
4. Access to the Site
The Site is provided free of charge, on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content, will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, restrict or change all or any part of the Site without notice.
You are responsible for:
• making all arrangements necessary to access the Site; and
• ensuring that anyone who accesses the Site through your connection is aware of these Terms and complies with them.
5. Your account or submissions
If you create an account, download content, book a demo, or submit forms:
• provide accurate information and keep it current;
• keep your credentials confidential; you’re responsible for all activity under your account;
• don’t include confidential or commercially sensitive information unless we have a separate NDA in place.
Feedback and submissions
If you send ideas, feedback, or content (“Submissions”), you grant DarkSkope a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and incorporate them into our Site, products and services. You warrant that you have the right to grant this licence.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
• break the law or infringe third-party rights (IP, privacy, confidentiality, export controls, sanctions);
• introduce viruses, malware or other harmful tech;
• attempt unauthorised access to the Site, systems, accounts or data;
• test, scan, probe, circumvent or overload the Site (including security controls) without our written permission;
• use bots, scrapers, harvesters or other automated methods to access or collect data from the Site;
• conduct text or data mining or web scraping for any purpose without our prior written consent (save where such restriction is not permitted by applicable law);
• frame, mirror or deep-link in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement without permission;
• use the Site to create, train or improve AI/ML models without our written consent.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms or to protect the Site, our users or third parties.
Security issues? Please report responsibly to info@darkskope.com (subject: Security). Do not exploit or disclose vulnerabilities before coordinated remediation with us.
7. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, video, software, design and layout) is owned by or licensed to DarkSkope and protected by copyright, database rights and other IP laws. All rights reserved.
You may:
• view pages and download extracts for your own internal business use only; and
• share links to public pages of the Site.
Do not alter or remove copyright, trade mark or proprietary notices. DarkSkope, AlertSpeed, IntegriQA and associated logos are trade marks of Darkskope Limited (registered or unregistered). Do not use them without permission.
8. Reliance on information
Content on the Site is for general information only. It is not advice (legal, financial, technical, security or otherwise). You should take your own advice before acting.
9. Third-party links and resources
The Site may link to third-party sites, plug-ins or services. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your own risk.
10. Viruses and misuse
We don’t guarantee the Site is secure or free from bugs or viruses. Configure your own IT security, keep backups and use up-to-date anti-virus.
11. Our responsibility to you (liability)
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We exclude all implied warranties and conditions regarding the Site (including implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and non-infringement).
• We are not liable for:
• loss of profits, sales, business, revenue or contracts;
• business interruption or loss of anticipated savings;
• loss of data, goodwill or reputation;
• wasted management time; or
• any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
• Our total aggregate liability arising under or in connection with these Terms and your use of the Site is limited to £100.
If you are a consumer, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not affect your statutory rights.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Darkskope Limited and its officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your Submissions, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, to protect the Site or other users, or for operational reasons. On termination, all rights granted to you end immediately.
14. International users
The Site may be accessed globally. We do not represent that content is appropriate or available in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with local laws, including any applicable access, import/export or sanctions regulations.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms (and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them) are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. The courts of Northern Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or in an EU Member State, you may bring proceedings in your home courts as required by law.

17. Assignment
We may assign, transfer or subcontract our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign or transfer your rights without our prior written consent.
18. Severance and waiver
If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force. A failure or delay to enforce is not a waiver.
19. Entire agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede all prior understandings relating to the Site. They do not affect any separate contract you may have with us for products or services.
20. How we use your data
Use of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge our data practices described there.
21. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Where required, we will obtain your consent.
22. Linking to our Site
You may link to our homepage in a way that is fair and legal, does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, and does not suggest any association, approval or endorsement where none exists. We may withdraw linking permission without notice. You must not frame the Site on any other website.
23. Downloads and documentation
Any documents, white papers, brochures, SDKs or other materials you download are provided under these Terms or, if expressly stated, under their own licence terms. If terms conflict, the specific licence terms prevail.
24. Open-source/third-party components
Where the Site references or uses third-party or open-source components, they are provided under their own licences. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under those licences.
25. Language
These Terms are drafted in English. If they are translated, the English version prevails.
